Motorola is Going through huge financial crisis which has resulted Google to aquire Motorola.

This company has a strong records in the past and had innvoated many things which is now a global standard for eg SIX SIGMA was firstly introduce by MOTOROLA in 1986 which became a global benchmark in the year 1990.
It is also the first company who introduce PAGER&GPRS.
The Razr handset series of Motorola was a huge success in the world which helps the company to grab to #2 position in the year 1998. After the arrival of Nokia the market share of Motorola has come down to great extent, and before Google aquired Motorola they have tried to bet highly on the the ANDROID operating system in which they got little success but not that much through which they can recover the debts.
                             Now they are again trying to bet big on RAZr Series which have been marketed very strongly,The RAZr series is launched on 18-10-2010. and the name first handset in its series is MOTOROLA OPTUS the company claims it is to be FASTEST,THINNER,SMARTER,STRONGER.
