Visited this new retail store of landmark(Max) and found something intersting.Landmark group(Dubai) has entered into many verticals like electronic(Jumbo),apparels(Max,Lifestyle etc).
I visited this store which was underground and has both Max & Lifestyle, so you will ask whats new in that ? The main catch which I noticed was the seamless connectivity between the two.
The two stores has been designed in such a way that if one is entering into Max then he/she can also enter Lifestyle easily through a gate which connects both stores from inside, it saves consumer time and efforts to re-enter into Lifestyle or in Max again and again.
The logic is simple to make customers happy and easy going in there shopping which has executed by Landmark group in a brilliant way.
Will you call it smart or not?
